  • Please listen to the health and safety speech given by staff. We do have a medic on site at all Events, So if there is something we need to be aware of then please let them know. The Medic will be identified in the health and safety Briefing.

  • Trident Paranormal Events is a Partnership between Michael Downs, Yvette Carlu and Paul Rook.


  • All monies owing for events need to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the event. Failure to do so will result in you loosing your place. And your ticket resold.


  • All deposits paid are non refundable. Unless the event is cancelled by Trident Paranormal Events or the Actual Location Management.


  • You are required to bring your own torch and spare batteries.


  • Please wear appropriate clothes for the venue including footwear.


  • Each client will act in a responsible manner and respect the needs of others. You will not cause harm or injury to anyone else or put yourself or anyone else in danger. You will respect the nature of the event and behave accordingly. When leaving the event you will ensure that due to the lateness of the hour you will respect the needs of nearby residents by leaving quietly and quickly.


  • Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on any event with Trident Paranormal Events. If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the event they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for any part of monies paid for the event.


  • Trident Paranormal Events will not be liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the event, during the event and on the journey back home from the event. This includes any damage that may be caused by any spiritual or poltergeist activity during the event.

  • If you are a member of a Paranromal Team please do not wear any item of clothing that advertises your group. You wouldnt like us to attend your event advertising our team.


  • It is important that each client is aware that they attend the events at their own risk. Trident Paranormal Events accept no liability for any accident/incident/injury to a client however it may be caused. We also advise that if you are pregnant please do not attend any Paranormal Event, For the safetly of your unborn child.

  • Any and all photographs and video recordings of any and all Trident Paranormal events are the sole property of Trident Paranormal Ltd. Also any pictures and video's shared on social media must credit Trident Paranormal Ltd on them.





  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to make the event date as Trident Paranormal Events cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend. Our locations are paid in advance and we are liable for these costs even if you cannot make the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are running late due to something out of your control please contact the Duty Manager on 07812 566 438. In the case of Outside Ghost Walk Events, These events are subject to weather condions. If the decision is taken by Trident Paranormal Managers to cancel the event, We will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Cancellations will be notified by 6pm on the day of the event by Email.

  • By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying the promoters/organisers/individuals from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the client’s participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.

  • All Gift Certificates for Trident Paranormal Events, are subject to these Terms and Conditions and are valid from 1 year from the stated date. Any amendments will rendor the Voucher Void. Also Gift Certificate payments will not be transferable so please make sure you are able to attend the event before booking. Also Gift Certificates can not be used for Deposit Payments.


  • Management also reserves the right to deny access of the venue to anyone that contravenes any of the above conditions.

  • Trident Paranormal Events is the Trading name of APSI.
  • All offers must ONLY be paid in FULL No part payments are allowed.
